Plusize Apparel’s Returns and Refunds Policy

In order to simplify and expedite the return/refund process, effective August 17th 2018 we have changed our return/refund policy. All orders placed on or after August 17th 2018 will be subject to the new policy.

All return/refund inquiries should be directed to our Customer Care Team: within 15 days from the day the order was received.

We will refund all orders/items as follows:

Full refunds

For items which are received with defects or damaged (proof of defect/damage will be required in form of photos/video), wrong item shipped by (style, color or size) and missing orders/items. Please keep in mind that every item on our website has a note where there is clearly specified that color of the item could be slightly different than it shows on your computer/phone screen. As such, we consider a wrong color shipped item for instance a green dress you received instead of the red one you’ve ordered, these will qualify for full refund. Items with slightly different color tone than shown on the website photos will qualify for a partial refund.

Partial refunds

For wrong items ordered by the customer (style, color or size), items which don’t fit properly, or just not happy with your purchase. Please keep in mind that every item on our website has at least one size chart which is accurate and as such we urge customers to check these charts before ordering. Underwear, swimwear, lingerie items are exempt from return/refund.

The partial refund values are as follows:

  • For item values up to $70 before tax, we will refund 50% of the value.
  • For item values $70+ before tax, we will refund %60 of the value.

The process

In order to expedite the return/refund process, we no longer accept returns by mail nor we process exchanges. As such, customers will be instructed to drop off the return items at a convenient location near them at no cost to the customer. The items need to be dropped off within 15 days after the return process was initiated. A refund will be issued as soon as we receive confirmation items have been dropped off. For damaged/defect items, a refund will be issued as soon as proof is provided to us. All dropped off items must be in their original condition (NOT worn, torn, snagged, stained, wrinkled, washed, altered or damaged in any way). Must have all original labels, tags and must come in the original packaging.
